Tim, how do you find inspiration and absorb new knowledge and grow in your role in connecting with other business professionals or maybe other teams?
It's meeting with people in other leagues and other teams and taking nuggets from what they do.
There's certain things that we do here that I've adopted from other trips along my journey that I've had.
You know whether it be people like I work for a Scott O'Neill and and others that you just little things that they did and you Just kind of say well, I like that one.
I'm gonna borrow that one and you know now incorporated as is mine, right? so You know little things that we do even in our staff meetings and how we run some of our staff meetings and just having some Some fun with those things so just little tiny pieces along the way, but I think more the it's more about I think do you have that curiosity like is that your mindset like I Are you the type of person that's just very rigid and very closed or are you just kind of always looking to grow? And it's not so much about where you're doing it or, you know, but it's more just the mindset of like, is that how you're wired? Are you wired that you're always looking for that one percent, that two percent that just makes you better and makes your team better? Are you the person that's always saying, hey, this is pretty good, but how can it be better? And I think if that's inside of you and that's just your general makeup, then you live your life in a certain way that you can walk into a coffee shop and you see something and you're like, you know what? That's really interesting.
These guys know that I'm always at different places and I'll take photos and I'll say, hey, check this out.
just going to say, if you would ask that same question of Tim, can he turn off? I think the answer is no, just based off of the amount of text messages that we get whenever he goes to a Bills game.
That being said, going into a more broader scope of that same topic, Major League Soccer is growing so quickly in the United States.
And there are a lot of very unique traditions that soccer brings, especially here in this country.
