Yesterday, when we were talking about Brian Kohlberger and his new appeal, I said that if they appointed a new lawyer to the case, then that might mean that it's game time.

Well, that's exactly what has occurred.

Brian Koberger has a lawyer now overseeing this appeal.

And while I still think that there's literally zero chance that he gets a new trial, we'll do what we always do and follow the evidence.
