And as you all know, that's going to be an absolute circus.

And according to this article from the Idaho Statesman, that circus is already beginning as the national media looks to descend on Ada County for the Brian Kohlberger trial.

And if you think we've been witnessing a circus anywhere else, boy, wait till you get a load of this.

I don't think it's crazy to say that there's going to be so much media here that they're going to be crawling all over each other to try and find spots.

Ada County is about to get its third major national interest trial in little more than two years.

And for a little place like Idaho, that seems like an inordinate amount of crazy ass media to be showing up.

Arguably then, if Ms. Funk possesses exculpatory evidence, which remains to be seen, there is no place or reason to present that evidence at a preliminary hearing.

The presentation of evidence by the defense is exceedingly rare at a preliminary hearing, but it is allowed in Idaho, said Edwina Elcox, a criminal defense attorney in Boise who previously served as an Ada County deputy prosecutor.

Although it's seldom done because it can give away defense strategy to prosecution, she said an attorney may pursue it if it could prevent a case from going to trial.

But the local community is small and relies on Ada County for diving search and rescue efforts.

If Bryan Kohberger has evidence that shows us he's innocent, I'd love to see it.

But all of a sudden, that's not good enough? All of a sudden, Bryan Kohberger was coerced? Bryan Kohberger didn't know what he was getting into? I have no idea how he thinks he's gonna convince the court that that happened unless he has the evidence to back it up.

And as of now, well, we have not seen that evidence.

"The killer's defense team has been moving to disqualify Hippler, citing remarks he made during Kohberger's sentencing that signal he may not have impartiality and move the case from Ada County back to Latah County, KTVB reported." And remember, it was reversed last time.
