34: The Did You Know Real Estate Show Staring Jim Lang and Ron Harper

So on today's show, we're going to do a little bit of real estate chat before we get to our first break.

Christopher Smithman, as you know, will be calling in.

We're getting close to crunch time here with the election.

And we certainly want to keep everyone energized and happy and focused on getting out and voting because, again, that is our constitutional right as Americans, American citizens.

to get out and vote for who you think is going to be the best person for the job that we're looking for in terms of governor and senator and congressmen and judges, and it's just going to be a whole lot of people that are going to be on the ballot.

I've got a top 10 list, and why don't we go ahead and do that right now? Because as you know, it's now officially fall.

This is the great thing about Cincinnati.

If you don't like the weather, wait 15 minutes.

I mean, what? It was 70 degrees yesterday, and today we're wearing parkas.

But we're getting close to Halloween.

Halloween is always a fun holiday.

I used to enjoy getting dressed up in little costumes my mom and dad would buy for me and send me out on my little street that I lived over in Mount Washington.

And all of the parents and families that were on our street, they all participated.

They all sat out front, had their uh, you know, Reese cups and, uh, Nestle crunch bars.

And of course that's the stuff I was looking for.

The folks that gave out like the candy canes and, or the candy corn and all that stuff.

I'm like, Oh gosh, you know, that's the kind of stuff I let my mom eat or just, you know, gave it to the birds.

But, uh, But anyway, so I'll do a top ten list closer to Halloween.

Actually, Halloween is actually on Saturday the 31st.

So when I do that show, maybe I'll come in costume that

day.
