We're treating them, literally, we give them names, we give them bios, and even in our platform, how we're building it, we treat them as just an extension of our team.
So it's very much my role is also to look after them, look after the agent experience as well as our developer experience, as well as our team members as well in the business.
So it's very much blending what we can do with agents, people, process, and making it all, and that's my mai-main role.
