So, so when we come to answer that question of, um, you know, I, I want to be distinct, I want to follow my passions, I want to find a niche in the market, how, how does a person actually make themsc- selves distinctive in the market?

So absolutely on point, being, um, standing out or being visible is key, um, given the number of talent and the availability of information.

Um, it's understanding the requirement of today's society and also knowing oneself.

So we need, first of all, to know where we're good, what we're good at.

It could be communication, it could be innovation, it could be, um, um, a number of things.

And I personally believe that the skills are transferable.

What we're good at outside work could be very important at work.

And so what's next for you? Are you taking these skills forward to drive your own career? Are you mentoring people entering the workforce? What's, what's happening in your world?

... whether online or in person.

I'd like to have the right individuals, the right group, the right team members.

So what's unique about you? How can you bring more of yourself to that organization? How can you be, uh, of influence, of positive influence? And this is where everything else about you as a human, as a person, that makes you unique is important.

It could be, as I said, the most unique extracurricular activity you do or interest.

And if you don't have them today, please go and create that persona, create yourself, find things that interest you, 'cause ev- I mean, what's beautiful about humanity, every individual is unique.

And so what's next for you? Are you taking these skills forward to drive your own career? Are you mentoring people entering the workforce? What's, what's happening in your world?

So I'm, like, I'm personally navigating the same, uh, experience right now, so I'm looking for my next opportunity, and I'm reflecting more on what I'm passionate about and what makes me special.
