Mm-hmm.
3:11
And that really excited me, and the art of the possible went from what you could do as one person, one idea, to ideation to reality, was just accelerated, and that inspired me so much.
3:23
And I did a lot of, uh, outreach and a lot of work around how we'd improve that and publish some of that.
3:28
And then a very lo- long-term contact of mine was running Jam 7, and they were a marketing agency using AI, and they... what they wanted to pivot and go, actually, a marketing platform is actually the actual destination.
3:45
So that was really exciting, and then I decided to take the plunge.
3:50
So it was very much then going back from thousands of developers to the 10 of us in the business and building a, a startup, so...
3:59
And then being back hands-on, because what AI can empower you to do is just, uh, inspirational.

6 MINS LATER

What for you are the things that sort of keep you up at night or, or make you worry about the unknown unknowns when you're leaning so hard into agentic development?
6:48
Mm-hmm.
6:48
Like, that's the thing, it's just moving so rapidly.
6:52
It's to stay curious, and it's, um, one of the Tesco culture items I've kept really close to my heart, which is being staying curious.
7:01
Um, and just k-keep learning.
7:04
I think this is a time to be excited by what you can learn and do, but also just not be ignorant of it because it's changes so often, and knowledge is completely power in here, and understanding what you can do and what's good today was bad yesterday.
7:21
So, like, yeah, it's just don't take anything for granted, stay curious, keep learning, keep trying it yourself.
7:29
I think this is back to being hands-on, being builders.
9:37
What for you are the things that sort of keep you up at night or, or make you worry about the unknown unknowns when you're leaning so hard into agentic development?
