How does a project manager see your traveling? How can you be arranging your travel when you're going to project sites that are not your local area? Because I think a lot of times project managers or whoever you're directly reporting to, sometimes I'm noticing people do not share these things.
And then they get resentful over the amount of time that people are billing when you're not even helping people understand what is the best.

And one in particular, just terrific, just a great guy, such a great attitude, but he's new.
And he had never been on an airplane.
That's awesome.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And it was kind of neat that he was on an airplane for the first time.
Actually, I think he said he was on an airplane.
It was real little.
But that was once.
And he doesn't really remember it.
And he's like in his 30s.
And it was shocking to me.
But it was really kind of fun to be able to give him that experience.
And he's loving it.
But he felt very insecure.

And you don't want a lot of times.
The one thing I say, three magic words to make you successful in anything.
