ways. One of the things that you have created since picking up your very first crystal singing bowl is, uh, is, um, retreats that you do.

I've done some coed day retreats, but my focus is very much like, you know, all women, a weekend in the desert, and it's yoga, it's sound, it's walking through the desert in a walking meditation.

Um, yeah, and then now, um, I ju- just came back from a retreat in Costa Rica where we infused a lot of sound healing every night before bed, uh, getting washed by the crystal bowls and other elements like koshi chimes and, um, ocean drums and, and all of that.

Um, yeah, it's, it's, it's a real joy to see people light up from something that sometimes they've never experienced and go, "Wow, I, I did that.

I was able to sit back and, and dream in a different way without the busy mind." You know, meditation is like a magical dream, is how I feel it.

Feeling time stop and finding your timelessness in it, away from the suffering that sometimes thoughts can give you of wondering, "What's tomorrow? What's my plans this weekend? What's next month?" When you start thinking so ahead, you, "Oh," rather than just let life show me.

It's the surrender that is very powerful in the, all the beautiful doing that we gotta do in life.
