Roland-Philippe KretschmarHostPhilip, it's no doubt that art in itself creates a lot of cultural value for William Hallen, right? But cultural value can also increase like desirability and economic value of a property.
So I think that's another element that is not discussed that much.
What tangible share of that value do you think can return to artists in particular?

I think with art, it's probably the most easy or best way to place a place within a city, for example.

There's no different way where you can make so much positive talking in the city than with doing contemporary art, because you will not find a lot of people complaining about art.

Some people don't like it, but they don't shout it out that they don't like the art.

The question what we can give back is like, well, that's why we probably are not a classic affair because like, have paid like I would say like 10 times what they have to pay here.

Nevertheless, it's not that we are only focusing on high wealthy collectors to come here to see the connection.

at the end.

No, we want to target like at least every Berlin people coming here and to say like, wow, I spent here a good time.

And that's really, if you visit the festival, the people are really like walking around like flaneurs and they go to the galleries, to the next room.

also definitely everyone loves the site you know and the special rooms because for me it's super interesting to do um to go out of the white cube sometimes and work with this whole structure you know for example you see all these cables and so on and then you say okay does the work uh still have enough power within this um surrounding and this is really also from a cultural aspect really interesting to do that
