No, it's true.

It's a huge value.

I think with art, it's probably the most easy or best way to place a place within a city, for example.

There's no different way where you can make so much positive talking in the city than with doing contemporary art, because you will not find a lot of people complaining about art.

Some people don't like it, but they don't shout it out that they don't like the art.

So usually you only transport the positive feeling of contemporary art.

I don't want to sound negative, but I'm genuinely curious because, of course, the city has changed in the last two decades, right?
