Brothers Osborne on “Stay a Little Longer,” “21 Summer,” and the Story Behind “Doors” | Ten Year Town Episode Ep. 140

Brothers Osborne are the Grammy, ACM, and CMA award-winning duo of TJ and John Osborne, from Deale, Maryland. Their hits include “Stay a Little Longer,” “21 Summer,” and “Burning Man” with Dierks Bentley. Their fifth album, *Watertown*, produced by Jay Joyce, is out now on MCA. In this episode, we discuss a make-or-break dinner with Mike Dungan, fighting Jay Joyce over the “Stay a Little Longer” chorus, Craig Wiseman showing up from the hospital to write “21 Summer,” and how their brother-in-law’s “vision” became “Doors.” There are, of course, many other stops along the way. \-------------------------------------------------- This episode is also sponsored by The Graphic Guitar Guys.
