Not a Coincidence: Arun Alleluia's Journey from Nightclub Owner to Faith

What looks random often isn't. A Facebook message led to a handmade piece of art handed over on the side of a highway. What Arun didn't know was that two days later, Toby would be baptized, and his gift arrived as a reminder that God was in the timing. In this episode, Toby sits down with Kelowna realtor and artist Arun Alleluia (yes, pronounced just like "hallelujah") to talk about how God was writing his story long before he noticed. Arun shares how he drove across Canada at 19 on blind faith, felt something shift the moment he came over the hill into the Okanagan, and spent 30 years in the nightclub industry, from bouncer and DJ to club owner. He opens up about growing up Catholic, feeling "off kilter" after leaving the club scene, walking into church alone, and finally finding a faith that connected. **In this conversation:** - Coincidence or God's timing? - Leaving nightlife and starting over in real estate - Catholic roots and finding a personal relationship with Jesus - How faith sets boundaries in business, even when it costs a deal - Using creative gifts to bless others - Learning to trust God with the future If you've ever looked back and wondered whether God was in the chapters you didn't understand, this conversation is for you.
