Night lifers, when was the last time you had a big night out? I'm not talking about just catching up over a few drinks at the pub.

You know, the sort of nights that you'll talk about years later and tell your kids and grandkids about to make them believe that you were once cool.

What we get up to between dusk and dawn is not only about making personal memories.

Nightlife has sparked new creative and cultural inventions like jazz and disco.

Well, our guest tonight, Imogen Willards, she has a great title.

She's a party historian and she reckons that we have a lot to be grateful for when it comes to nighttime activities and the night itself.

Like, it saved me.

But, um, the, the adjustment of culture and pushing things to the, the late night where the kids can't see it or where the general populace won't be offended or be bothered, a lot of that, I think, is, is so drawn by, by censorship.
