Uh, in your post with the guys at the airport, the song in the background was Beautiful Life.

And so when I was thinking of, you know, some of these new tunes to, to start talking about, Beautiful Life is one of my favorites on the album.

Uh, and, and a- again, a connection with family, 'cause, like, the first time I played it, I had listened to it three or four times, and then I played it for my girls.

This is the song I'm gonna be singing, I feel like, for the rest of my life." So-

It's only been out a little while here, but what's been your kind of early take on this song, Beautiful Life?

Oh my gosh, it's, it's so relatable to me, I feel like, in this season of life that I'm in.

You know, sometimes I, I, I'm in a season where I'm feeling very overwhelmed, right? I have a lot going on professionally.

I have four children, um, two joined our family through adoption, and have some medical, um, needs.

How do I show up in this world? How do I stay present to God's presence in the present moment? How do I love my neighbors as myself? How do I listen to my life? And I feel like all of those themes are kind of wrapped up in Beautiful Life, right? Like, I don't have what I want.

You know, maybe there's things that I, that I see that I want, that draw me in, but I have exactly what I need for right now, and I'm just relating to that so much.

And I love the line, "I'm still learning to breathe," right? [laughs] I mean, that's, that's definitely a, a callback, um, to one of my favorite, um, older songs.

And, and in just, you know, as I've been learning so much about breath, right, and so much about how our breath can be a prayer, and even how, you know, like, the word for breath in, in the New Testament means spirit.
