I think that they need to get out of the I'm the child and get into more of the I'm going to be the boss mindset.

I think that it's a really consistent thing I see is trying to be besties with your team.

You're such an incredible part of this team, but you really do need to start showing up on time and you really need to start dressing more appropriately for work.

And by the way, that was a leadership technique I was literally taught at one point was to do that.
