Warren Buffett's Letters to Shareholders is a fantastic source of education on understanding how his philosophy is regarding investing.

Cross-shareholders, cross-shareholding is a kind of, in fact, a scheme to protect the, I think, activists or something.

But Tokyo Stock Exchange ruled out corporate governance code, as I touched before.

Corporate governance code requires if any company holding that cross-shareholding, they have to either explain the reason or to comply that they will sell off everything.

And so this is this call this a quarterly, um, Stockholders meeting, so to speak.
