Like from your point of view, what does the Gen X salon owner look like?

Well, we are looking at probably in the next 10 years retiring, right? Because we're getting up there in age.

We're still doing hair, probably backing out of hair and concentrating on growing the business, right? Trying to make it profitable and grow a team that's going to last beyond our legacy.

And we have expectations, right? for sure.

We're not as hard, I think, as boomers.

But I mean, I think of myself, my children are millennial and my son's a Gen Z.

So I look at them and how they react to the working world and try to listen really hard in what they have to say.

So what does good training and mentorship look like for this generation that's coming up?
