So like if people are kind of like, I haven't even jumped in or I don't know like the full what AI can do, just give them a lay of the land so that before we start getting super nerdy, at least they know some of the things we're talking about.
So chat, what I call chat or the main chat is when you log into ChatGPT or Claude and you see that chat box there and you type in a question and see what it gives back, right? That's kind of the most base level.
I know a lot of people skip this step, but this is where you can give it actually kind of a baseline of what it needs to know about you and your business that will carry through across your account.
So like in Cloud, that means it happens when you're in chat or if you're in a project or if you're in co-work, all of that information exists about you and follows you around.
The next step scooch up i would say is projects uh and so projects are like a dedicated workspace so inside of a project it helps you keep organized so anytime you're doing chats and you're like wait i can't find anything in this left sidebar how do i keep this all together if i keep coming back to talk about this specific task or specific topic uh projects are a great way one to just straight up keep it organized but two you can also give a project its own instructions so that it follows every time you start a chat inside of a project it will follow those instructions and you can also add any files to that too um to give it more context so Just anything like examples and stuff.
You'd have the instructions on how you do it with examples of your newsletters attached so it can reference that.
