And, but I've been reading and doing the steps and going through like just the start of that whole process, I guess it's supposed to be anonymous, but what our podcast about with telling your stuff.
So I have a somewhat different distinction of codependence than what you, what one would read in a codependent no more or, um, the diagnostic and statistical manual of psychiatric disorders.
It's a version of codependence that, unleashes human potential from all angles.
There are Zen Buddhist session, which are like, basically, Samurai boot camp is how you can imagine it.
And the head monk walks around looking for who is falling asleep and walks around with the stick of compassion.
And you allow katsu, which is like wake up or stay attentive or be present.
So codependence is when one buys the lie or the delusion that they are the bitch of the external world.
And what I mean by that is in the domestication, in the programming from teachers, preachers, family, friends, media, government, we're trained to people please, to abdicate our sovereignty, to think we need something or someone outside of us in order to be okay, in order to be wealthy and successful, in order to be loved, in order to be happy.
And it's not as trite as Tony Robbins' All That I Need Is Within Me Now, but it is this soul level sense.
of I can access, activate, receive, enjoy a kind of peace, love, and joy that is independent of circumstances and situations.
You look at Shinzen Young's The Science of Enlightenment, he talks about having mixed edema madness.
Like literally he does not have enough energy to run the cognitive processing in his brain.
And still, because he's cultivated a certain type of both attitude and perception and visceral somatic embodied experience, he can experience happiness independent of conditions.
And then you look at other programs like the work of Dr. Jeffrey Martin in 45 Days to Awakening, which it delivers, it delivered.
