Oasis Gonna Live Forever

Let's do your front pages.

We can start with The Guardian.

Paul Smith at 80.

I met him once.

He's from Nottingham as well.

And he was at some sort of film event thing that I went to back when my career was starting.

You know when I was on the way up? Do you remember that? Rather than on the way down? So that was good.

Ever since then, I enjoyed wearing the odd parfum by him.

Fun and his fabulous life in fashion.

Yeah, he's done all right.

He stood next to a nice suit, actually.

Now you made me want to buy one of those.

Go to kofi.com forward slash Mr. Stephen Allen because I might have to buy myself a new suit.

Families scramble to secure send plans ahead of minister reforms.

This is interesting.

Because this is about schools and councils in England are expecting a proportion of children with special needs to double to one in ten.

It's quite a bit.

But I'm also taken by the fact that SEND, they've just written it with a capital S.

But if it's an abbreviation, wouldn't it be capital E-N-D as well? Then again, they do that to NASA.

That's not the issue here, is it? I get that I'm distracted easily by shiny objects.

This is as families rush to secure support before changes come in.

Teachers have reported an unreal, their words, surge in applications for education, health and care plans, the EHCPs.

But that's all in capitals.

Whoops.

Yeah, I'm having one of those days where I can't focus.
