44: SWOCBC: Inside the Insider - Collection 4

read.

You might have got it in 1989.

But it's supposed to be like December,

January.

So, yeah, the big cover thing on it is Villains of Indiana Jones.

We'll get to that in a minute.

First, I want to look at the letters, because there was a couple good ones this time that I wanted to read.

First one is from Gina.

Gina Davis.

Gina Davis, that's right.

No, she says, Thank you so much for publishing Lucasfilm member Martine P's letter in a previous issue.

I didn't know her before.

I decided to write her and we became friends.

That's cute.

She invited me to her home in Perpignan, South France, and I had a wonderful time there.

Then we decided to meet again, and we also decided to see The Last Crusade as soon as possible.

We gave each other an appointment to meet in London, England at the Empire Theater to see the film.

It is exactly the kind of theater the film deserves.

The staff there were wonderful.

That's

true.

I was fully dressed as Indy.

What? Then we took trains and buses and actually found Elstree Studios.

We couldn't describe the emotion we felt even though they didn't let us inside the studios.

The receptionist and the guards at the gate were extremely nice to us and they allowed us to take pictures of each other in front of the wall that says, Elstree Studios, Martine and I will meet again to see The Last Crusade in Paris.
