Ep 258: Stacey on a potential trade swap for Kuminga, keeping Ayo at all costs, and Derrick Rose

Stacey, I'm sure let's get to the thing that everybody's talking about right now, the Bears.

Oh, that was a tough one last night.

I know you were doing a game.

You had to be multitasking, trying to follow the game at Soldier Field while the Bulls were playing the Brooklyn Nets.

Mark, I'm not even going to lie.

I had my phone off and I was watching the game and multitasking.

Once I knew the Bulls were going to win that game, we were at like 20 at one point.

I'm like, okay, I got to see what the Bears are going to do.

A big game, huge game in Chicago.

Everybody's excited.

Even the people who were at the game were excited.

They were playing the game in the suites after the game was over.

And you could hear when they tied the game up, when he threw that crazy off-the-back foot touchdown to Cole Komet.

Yeah.

Everybody who was still in the arena went crazy.

So that's when I was like, man, I got to stay here.

I got to watch this, man.

I can't go home because if I go home, I'm going to miss something.

I tell

you what, when he ran backwards 20 yards, I'm like, oh, my gosh, what in the heck are you doing? And then he flung the ball up, and you're thinking, well, he's just throwing it into a crowd.

There's no way they're going to get that completion.

And there's Cole Comet all by himself in the corner of the end zone.

By himself.

Listen, I know that a lot of people are sad right now, a lot of disappointment in his team.

They might have been two years ahead of schedule.
