Books that Scared the S#%T Out of Us

But anyways, man, you want to tell the people what we're talking about today? What was your idea? In honor of Halloween, I wanted to talk

about books that have actually scared me or gotten under my skin.

And I have, I think, five pretty strong recommendations for that.

Let's go.

Tell the people all about it.

You want me to start first? yeah so my first one this is one this one really surprised me i got this from s chalmers it's called broken records uh this one you've been

telling me about

yeah there's only like two fucking goodreads reviews on it dude i can't believe it um the subject matter has to deal with kids very fucking creepy kids and something that like kind of doesn't possess them, but like kind of encourages the, well, it's kind of possess and encourages kids to do kind of fucked up shit.

And like the event that kicks it off is something very gory with a baby.

Okay.

So that was kind of fucked up.

Alright.

But yeah, I finally finished it.

I haven't been a reading slump.

Yeah, I wouldn't call it a reading slump.

I haven't made any book content for like two or three weeks, which sucks.

But I've just been fucking grinding on my movie content and short film stuff.

But I'm finally starting to read again.

And yeah, finished Broken Records.

Fucking rules.

Definitely recommend.

We definitely got to get S. Chalmers.

On the podcast.

Certifiably fucking down.

I love that.
