Gameplay is looking just really awesome.

Like, it kind of gives me a little bit of, like, The Last of Us kind of vibes in a first-person post-apocalyptic environment.

It's very grounded.

It's very gritty.

So it looks like Naughty Dog is getting booted from The Last of Us on HBO for Season 3.

They're just kind of going in a whole new direction, and I'm going to be honest, they should have done that with Season 2.

We're going to talk about this and how sometimes when you adapt something for another medium, You do need to make some changes to appeal to normies.

And in the case of The Last of Us, the second game was deeply unpopular with gamers.

It was not going to play well to a normal audience, to people who watch television.

They had a chance to change it and they didn't do it because Neil Druckmann, Druckmann all over the place.

They went in multiple, you know, there were multiple ways that they deviated from the comics, and it worked out well for them, mostly.

Oh man, we got to talk about this.

So, Naughty Dog has abandoned The Last of Us HBO Season 3.

Neil Druckmann has left the project.

Has no creative involvement.

And she wasn't a killer enough.

And that's their problem.

They think that people who watch this shit, no one knows what the last of us is.

Unless you play the game.

RPCS3, the PS3 emulator on PC, now allows you to use physical disks to boot your game.

So if you have a disk of The Last of Us, you throw it in to your Blu-ray drive and you can play it in RPCS3.

This is both performative and cool at the same time.

Performative because there's like maybe three people in the world who still have a Blu-ray drive out there.

For example, Cyberpunk... at launch was bad.

And so that day was not a great day.

The Last of Us 2 at launch was bad.

I regretted taking that because that game was bad.

This is Believe, one network, every topic, everywhere.

And a lot of people were like, are they even going to do a third season? Apparently they are, but they're going to, they're going to do it their way.

So we'll see, we'll see what happens.

It would be wild.

Don't turn this into The Last of Us.

We'll be very upset.

of the walking dead game to play because i knew it was going to be kind of emotional i remember playing telltale yeah yeah and i remember being ashamed of crying in my room yeah and then not telling anyone like just oh dude what if they say something games oh you know

i think this is in the zeitgeist of in our zeitgeist this might even be more shameful to admit um than something epic and Chad, like, crying to The Last of Us game, like you and Speed.

But I haven't played it.
