In today's show David and Scott are shocked by Time Magazine's most influential surfer, but use it to made a bold world title prediction, question if better waves in wave pools will actually lead to…
Scott BassHostLook, you keep the classics on hand, but why not get wild? Go with the C-drives, go with the Shane Horan upright fins, the Weber quads, Maurice Cole, all sorts of interesting templates.

you know one of the coolest things about the boardroom show is just talking to all the fin guys there there's you know fcs is there true aims is there of course nvs is there um occasionally rainbows there so it's so fascinating right to actually get insight from the guys that it can talk the talk regarding fins
I mean, obviously some of these that are less conventional, you'd want to know what the attributes are before you commit.
And, um, what we love about the NBS fins is the G 10 laminate laminate, um, construction material, which is super strong.

So, yeah, and I always bring extra sets because NBS is so generous that they like to style out the locals.
Wherever we're going, they're like, I'm going to send you some fins, leave them behind so that not only the crew can use them, but maybe future tourists can have access to them too.
I mean, look, Indonesia has tons of surf tourism and probably access to fins and boards.
But like where we go and where I'm going, Chicama, Peru, it's pretty remote.
And yeah, there's tourists that come through there, but there's not a bunch of surf shops locally.
Because if you're in a pinch and the waves are pumping and you don't have what you need, that's the ultimate bummer.
