And I can't imagine that it was just all smooth sailing from the beginning on.
Can you talk to me about some of those learning opportunities that you faced along the way? Well,

I don't know people that get better because they did something that was highly successful.

So for me, failure and mistakes are opportunities, opportunities to grow, opportunities to expand, to adapt, to modify some things we're doing and doing it in a different way.

I actually... admire and look towards failure sometime as that tool that we need.
Do you feel like for other professional speakers, when they are looking at themselves as a brand, because really that's what we're doing.
If you're speaking, you have to build the brand of yourself to be able to be someone that people trust with that stage time and that opportunity.
Are there things that you learned as a manager, music producer about personal branding, about building your own IP that you feel like speakers should keep in mind, whatever stage of their speaking business they're in, that they should really be putting front and center that maybe they're missing right now?

If I'm not an expert, I'm not talking about I'm just good and knowledgeable.
