There was a premiere.

There are a couple of premiere events.

There was one here in New York.

There was one in Macon.

I went on Tuesday to the Gramercy Theater here on 23rd Street to see the film.

I also did a Q&A panel with Devin Allman.

Greg's son, Galadriel Allman, Dwayne's daughter, James Keech, who directed and produced the film, Johnny Padel, legendary booking agent who booked the Allman brothers for 50 years.

Yeah.

All talking about their relationship with Greg.

And I got to say, the film is really quite good.

I think that it did a nice job of getting at...

The, you know, the complicated humanity of this guy and his story offstage.

I mean, it's the Allman Brothers story, of course.

And it's the music story, of course.

But I think some of the most compelling stuff, and I think having worked on Greg's memoir with him, some of the most fascinating things about this guy are his experiences, his psychology, the way that he was so different from what, you know, you think of him as this like motorcycle riding badass, you know, Come out swinging kind of guy, troublemaker.
