I think it's both.

I mean, in terms of, you know, for Tibet, it's unique because the religion, Buddhism is so much a part of our culture.

So I'm not, I don't pretend to be Buddhist, but of course, it's very much a part of my culture.

I just, I'm not at that caliber of study and discipline whatsoever.

But for a culture where it is a very high population of Tibetan monks and nuns, they're often, and we have a former Tibetan nun who was one of the youngest political prisoners in Tibet at that time, one of the the many people whose political, the cases we use to postcard campaigns to release.

She's interviewed in the podcast and, you know, represents a population of so many Tibetans who take the sacrifice and do the protests and are in prison.
