And I think we've probably touched up on some points right now, but why do you think that happens? Because that's something that I see a lot of artists, you know, do they say that they're doing all the time? They're consuming so much content.

Is this fear? Is it perfectionism? Is it just, what is it? What do you think it is?
I would say, I think it's probably a little bit of fear, but I also think it's just, like, we've normalized it so much, like, just scrolling on Instagram, and it literally is, like, an addiction.
I'm not one to say like don't be on social media and don't just doom scroll because I do it all day every day but like I am aware that like this is it's getting to the point where it's like a problem you know like you have to kind of set some boundaries with yourself and with your time and I think the I don't think there's necessarily a problem with like, if you just want to turn your brain off and doom scroll, like, yes, you can do that, but like you should still be setting like your business hours to do like business tasks.
And it's so easy to get caught up in that trap and get distracted, especially as ADHD girlies like and a lot of entrepreneurs probably have some ADHD tendencies, whether you've been diagnosed or not.
And so you really have to like get to a point of like telling yourself like, OK, like I like post before you consume, right? And so it's not so much like that you can't consume or that you have to cut off doom scrolling.
And it's like you have to kind of recognize that like that's not the best pattern to be in.
And so what I've learned is I do think it's just like a normalized bad habit at this point.
And so the way to kind of like overcome that is like post first, like before, like if you are getting on social media, like do what you need to do first before you get distracted, like put out your content before you consume.
It has been something that really works for me, like get the content out and then you can, you know, decompress if you need to.
Although I will say that in all of the time I have been on social media this year, which has been a lot more than I probably like to be.
