And this week, there is no bigger topic than the Grand Theft Auto 6 footage leaks.
Now, I'm not going to discuss sort of the content that was in the leaks as far as gameplay stuff.
So earlier this week, a group called Cyber Leaks put out a couple videos that it claimed to be from Grand Theft Auto 6.
The second one was more open world shenanigans that you'd expect from a Grand Theft Auto game.
And the group basically said that it was doing it to get back at Rockstar for killing the physical version of Grand Theft Auto 6, and I think it also believes that because of that, physical games were killed in general.
So it's trying to come off as this altruistic organization, but here's the thing, it's actually charging people cryptocurrency to choose the next clip that they're going to release.
The group claims that it has a build of the game, and that is true because you can see in one of the clips that they shoot the name of the hacker group into a wall.
At first, we thought maybe it had stumbled across a couple videos, but no, it actually has a build of the game.
and basically is trying to extort Rockstar to go back on its decision to kill disc-based versions of Grand Theft Auto 6.
