I really, really love the art direction that they're going with and all the little minor tweaks.

But first, pre-orders went live for Grand Theft Auto 6's new PS5 controllers, and the experience was extremely chaotic.

As you might expect, there is a ravenous demand for anything related to GTA 6.

But it's already been a fairly big week for Nintendo fans, with the two Nintendo Directs back-to-back, pre-orders for The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time and Metroid Ravenous going live, as well as that elusive 40th anniversary Zelda Switch 2 announcement.

Nintendo has also just released a fresh firmware update for its Switch and Switch 2 consoles, including adding VRR support while playing Switch 2 in TV mode.

Arc System Works has apologized for the troubled PC launch of Marvel Tocon Fighting Souls and admitted it will now be extremely difficult to regain player trust.

Kohei Ikeda, game director on Tekken 7 and 8, has left Bandai Namco after 20 years at the company.

After months of complaining about Zack Kreger's Resident Evil film, the internet has finally broken him.

In a recent interview with IGN, he admitted how naive he was to think that everyone would be excited and apologize for not creating the specific vision that those who are unhappy with the film's direction have.

Instead, Kreger relied on his own instincts as a renowned director and writer.

I was naive, he says.

Um, next up, and this started happening, uh, this morning as I was recording it, Wolverine reviews started coming out, and to everybody's shock, the reviews were not great.

Um, when I started hearing that the reviews were coming in, it was like Metacritic at about 77, and then I went and looked up, I was like, "Well, I only care about the IGN reviews generally." And IGN had given it a 6 out of 10.

It was one of the worst scores of the bunch.

I was like, "Wow." So pretty surprising, honestly.
