So I've seen this video numerous times because this particular creator, again, no hate to her, but this particular creator has her audience built off of this.

And her video was talking about, like, if you buy her program, you comment the word for her program, she will... narrowed her rib cage by four sizes.

And so then it goes into her doing these like four or five different exercises that she did to narrow her rib cage.

And I just, I think I just kind of snapped a little bit because I have seen this video in some form like 30 times in the last month.

And so essentially, you know, I want people to understand because I think snatched waste, for lack of a better term, is what people are like looking for exercises to do.

And in some way of searching that, they came across like how to narrow your rib cage or I don't even know where that started from.

Maybe just because I also have a wide rib cage, like I can understand why people, you know, are looking to like appear slimmer.

Anyways, so I just showed people that, you know, our rib cage in our body is designed to move.

And so you can absolutely momentarily narrow your rib cage by your posture, by your breathing, the way that you're doing certain things.

So I was basically just, you know, calling BS on her video that like these exercises are not structurally changing your rib cage.

And, you know, some people in the comments were defending me about like bone remodeling, saying that she said that you can bone remodel.

And I was like, girl, what? Do you even know what that means? What are you talking about? So, yeah, I basically just was debunking that, you know, you do not need to spend whatever she's charging on a bone remodeling rib cage narrowing program that literally does not exist.

So thank you for breaking that down because I think for a lot of people in both of our spaces, my background's in bodybuilding, your background's in CrossFit.

And I think a lot of clients I work with, they kind of bridge the gap from like, oh, I want a smaller waist.
