Well, during the make-up process and the filming process of the film, because Doug Bradley spent upwards of six hours in the make-up chair just to get into fucking... you know, into fucking pinhead mode.
There's pictures of him that I have seen during said process where he's sitting, and I don't know whether he's having the makeup applied or having it fucking took off, but he's sitting there looking very fed up, smoking his cigarette and going, like, you know that look on his face, like, for fuck's sake, I just want to smoke my cigarette and sit.
