James Bond

He is a lightning rod and everything about him seems to translate to fantastic engagement online.

For instance, I don't have many hot takes, but my one hot take is that I just don't think Henry Cavill would actually move the needle as James Bond.

I don't think he would sell more tickets than any other actor.

You cannot possibly believe that's true.

Well, I'm just saying that there's been this huge, you know, I wouldn't say movement, but discourse online for years.

It's not the real world.

Begging for him to get cast as James Bond.

Superman.

And Mr.

Beast is like, what if James Bond was a game show host? He has to include himself in that story so much.

I don't think Mr.

Beast can read.

Roxy,

what's the vibe I got you right now? Leslie, the casting call to finding the next James Bond is nearing its end.

The Hollywood Reporter reporting.

Finalists for the next 007 movie will conduct screen tests this weekend.

Now, sources told The Hollywood Reporter, Cullen Turner, Jack Loden, and Josh O'Connor are among the actors believed to be taking part in the final auditions to play James Bond.

Now, who will be the next James Bond after Daniel Craig has not officially been confirmed? And the latest statement out from Amazon is simply, the search for the next James Bond is underway.

Seems like a top secret mission for the next 007.

Next up, pop diva Ariana Grande is rocking a bold new look.

Number two.

MGM has started screen testing for the next James Bond.

Yeah, they have.

Let's do some dream casting, shall we?

Yeah.

Because casting doesn't tell you much of anything.

because all you're learning all you're doing is comparing what you know about an actor what they look like what they've done before you know those kind of things if we know anything about movies you can change what they look like you can you know change how they act like just make movies make movies i want to watch movies that's fair that's that's kind of you know my thing so i i honestly don't care who who james bond is

Do we care, Jack? I really liked Daniel Craig.

It is.

So I went up with the superhero story and then now the James Bond story.

There's been talk for a long time about, or a question, who's going to be the next James Bond? Daniel Craig did a great job as James Bond for a very successful chunk of the franchise there.

Do you watch the Bond movies at all?

The old ones.

Okay.

Yeah.

Jack Ladin, with the beard and mustache or not? Because I don't think James Bond ever had a beard or mustache.

will say that for that reason alone i'm rooting i mean i already am rooting for narnia but i'm 10 times rooting for it because of this like i want narnia to make so much money so that netflix has no choice but to be like all right we're leaning into theatrical yes

we also have some james bond casting Not even rumors, like this is being reported in the major trades.

So I wanted to throw these four choices at you that it's been narrowed down to.

For James Bond, we have Josh O'Connor, Jack Loudon, Callum Turner, and an unknown.

Out of those four, is there one that you are particularly rooting for over the others?

Yeah, unknown.

I haven't seen a project from Joshua Connor or Kelman Turner that I thought,

yeah,

heads get cut off and all that stuff.

The best James Bond story of the last 10 years was in the new video game.

Oliver Tree, who he's a musician and internet personality.

He's another popular choice, thanks in no small part to his distinctive visual identity.

They're right here for you, bud.

Something's making me hungry today.

And in 2015, Spectre, the 24th James Bond film directed by Sam Mendes and starring Daniel Craig, premieres in London.

I'm one of the six people on earth who like that movie.

Don't

fuck up James Bond, Amazon.

That's not even a please.

I'm warning you.

Joanna Patet played Elaine Latimer.

You'll also find her in the Casino Royale where David Niven, Woody Allen, and a few other folks play James Bond, as well as some TV guest spots on Mannix, Knight Rider, and Murder, She Wrote.

I

remember her very well from Casino Royale.
