You know, what I love is that you don't have the, the politics or the bureaucracy sometimes that you do with the larger companies.

There's a lot of, like, corporate red tape, and, you know, working for the PE firm was great.

So working with, you know, smaller businesses, medium-sized companies, decision-making typically happens faster.

You know, in the private equity or the corporate space, you have what's called, like, an LOA, a level of authority agreement, typically when decisions are made, and you might need two or three levels of, of signatures or approval before something can happen.

And I find a lot of fulfillment in being able to work with, like, one individual, one business owner, you know, one leader or two leaders and be like, "All right, like, what do you think? Let's talk about solutions.

Let's come up with s-solutions and ideas, and let's put that stuff into practice." So, like, the speed really, Zach and Mike, is much quicker with smaller and medium-sized companies that we work with.

Uh, and then, you know, a lot of things have changed, right? Even, you know, again, I'm gonna show my age here.

Well, yeah, I feel a lot younger now actually because I've lost a ton of weight, so maybe that's a whole other story.
