And, uh, went ahead and got a degree in business management and started working in the, the corporate world, got into bank management and was a management trainee and figured out very quickly banking was not for me and did, uh, a short stint for about two and a half years in sales and got to learn that side of the business.

And then I went to work for a family-owned business with about three hundred and fifty employees.

They had four people doing HR.

Nobody was doing it very well, and the owner's like, "Scott, you're a people person.

Let's put you into the HR seat." So I learned a lot by trial, by fire, Zach and Mike, just being in there and learning.

absolutely and we know each other through legacy family and we weren't great friends but you were such a huge asset and such a an educator in that group because it is so important to really take care of the people in your company and all of those HR strategies so it was so beneficial to listen to you multiple times at those conferences so thank you Scott for all of that but we are talking about you and I want to start I want to first spotlight what you're up to right now with Fortitude HR Solutions what are you building how can our listeners find and work with you and I want to know why you call it Fortitude

So Fortitude HR Solutions, we do HR and business consulting.

We work with clients all across the United States.

We're based out of beautiful Cleveland, Ohio.

So what did that actually look like for you day to day and what was keeping you in that comfort zone?
