Alright, so today we wanted to share something that has been on our hearts for some time.

And that's sharing the good news about Jesus with non-believers, or as we might say, not yet believers.

It's called the Great Commission, or as some in the church have said, the Great Omission.

And Jesus came and said to them, all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all I have commanded you.

If we have not been active in telling people about Jesus, today is not about making you feel guilty.

We hope today we will give you a chance to look again with fresh eyes and feel empowered to tell others about Jesus with both words.

Tommy McNeill, in his book Sleeping Giant, we got to see these guys up in the New Hebrides, says that some people don't know how to reach out and so live in guilt, sorry, in the guilt-powerless trap, feeling guilty because they know that they ought to reach out, but powerless to know how to go about it, consequently feeling more guilty.

This is why we definitely need a fresh outpouring of God's Spirit so that to continue the kingdom work that Jesus began.
