So I wanna talk to you about, um, uh, well, running in general-

Yep

... ultra running in particular.

[laughs]

And then bringing it right to where it starts, the Shoreditch Half, 'cause we met-

Yes

... didn't we, on the start line of the Shoreditch Half?

We did.

But obviously we showed our, um, what we're into in, in life running-wise by almost immediately talking about ultras.

[laughs] Yeah.

But, uh, how was the Shoreditch Half for you?

Yeah, it was o- it was okay.

Um, we were chatting too much, so I missed getting to my pen, but that wasn't a-

I blame myself

...

I blame you for my-

[laughs]

... shoddy time.

Um-

Yeah.

Oh, gosh.

You see, look at this.

I can't run and talk.

I'm not used to doing this.

Well, we can go slower.
