Joanne SprottHostWe're gonna start with identity because I think a lot of people are exploring identity.
I think there's a lot of people transitioning right now from either a corporate career into a private career, or retiring, or having kids, or empty nesters.
There's a lot of movement going on right now, and there's a lot of people now kind of exploring identi- especially since the population is getting older.
You know, when you get older, you kind of reflect quite a bit about who you really are.

Well, you brought up a topic that I, I think the word has been used about 15 times in a little, uh, online group that I belong to, uh, that we do little short videos to talk to each other and support each other, and it's a woo-woo based, uh, uh, uh, group.

And it's amazing that the, the continuous thing about identities and people in what I would say, uh, most of them are younger than me.

So they're, um, they're not changing business identities, which is something that I'm doing, but they're, they're changing their identities in relationship to their family members, and they're finding themselves able to set, uh, more, uh, boundaries, and they're thinking-

... of themselves in, in, in a different roles and in different ways with their families that are actually better for them.
