The one bit of news we have, because very little is happening this time of year, is that Terry and Arnold, of course, is the front of everyone's lips in the NFL.

The judge has found probable cause, which I think is a particularly low bar, obviously, so it means it is going to proceed to a trial.

But he has denied the prosecution's request to hold him bondless until the trial.

It seems as though the evidence is... flaky at best um but that doesn't really mean anything given his ethnicity and where he's being tried i'm gonna pour scorn on that until we find out whether he's going to be incarcerated or not but boys i mean obviously that's that's um positive news for him in that he's not going to be remanded in custody until his trial date which you know for all we know could be nine, 12 months away at this point.

And depending on how long it takes to go to trial, he may well suit up for the lines unless he gets put on the exempt list.

He thought he was fairly confident that Terrian would be put on the commissioner's exempt list.

If his trial date was set at May 27 right now, would you play him if he was available?
I think as far as he's concerned, today went about as well as it could do for him.
I didn't watch it myself, but I was very engaged in the chat with people that were.
So, although I'm very much on the fence, I'm arguing with myself here because I am a big believer in the principle of innocent until proven guilty.
But in today's world, with everything being about image and the court of public opinion, it is tricky to play someone who is potentially going to get convicted for kidnapping.

Yeah, I'm saying no as well because even if it is, like you say, it's in a year's time, I could see the league putting informal pressure on the team not to play him because we've got to remember at the end of the day, the league, the first thing that they always think about is protecting the shield.
