Now, first I wanna say that a lot of people say, gee, I don't know, that's scary.

All I wanna say is that if we're willing to look at it, if we're willing to really hear what the Lord tells us about his return and glory and the final judgment, we're gonna be set free from fear.

We're gonna be delivered into the glorious truth that the way it's all gonna end is by Jesus manifesting his victory over the whole universe and expelling from the universe all that's evil.

Now, The reason why some of us may be afraid is that we don't know where we're going to stand at the final judgment.

We don't know if we're living a life where we're going to hear those wonderful words, well done, good and faithful servant.

But what I want to say is that all it takes to come through the final judgment is Or the particular judgment, you know, the Catholic Church teaches clearly at the moment of our death, we're going to be judged.

And we're going to either go directly into heaven because we've been purified enough to enter the glory of God.

And So we might be ready, but by the time we die, we might be purified through the suffering, through the tests, through the trials, through the acts of love, through the prayer that we've grown in over our life.

But if we're not, the really good news is that the Lord is willing to take our weak efforts, our failing efforts, and as long as we die in friendship with him, as long as we die repentant of serious sin, as long as we die wanting his holiness to transform our life, he'll do it.

And at the moment of our death, if this purification is needed, which I think a lot of us, including me, might very well need, the Lord's gonna do it for us.
