What does the future look like for the concept? Where are you looking? What size parameters? What's a prototypical site? Let's talk about some of the recent openings that you've had as well.
Yeah, so what's nice, as I explained, is we are a small company, family-owned, so we do have the flexibility to kind of fit ourselves to whatever we see fit.
Like our most recent one in North Richland Hills, I think the building's 3,500 square feet, which is pretty small, but we put a beautiful big patio on it, and it's have been able to rock and roll with that.
Typically, we want somewhere in that range, you know, five, six thousand square feet, freestanding, you know, opportunity for a big patio or prominent end cap with lots of visibility.
And so we... tried to go on either brand one a year uh we haven't always hit that mark uh but we've now we feel like we're positioned for a little stronger growth where we are working deals where we can get maybe two next year to the year two or three the year after that and uh which would also leave us flexibility uh from the deals that we're currently working on if something was to arise We typically go into second generation buildings, although not exclusively.
So if something was to come up, we would still be able to jump on that as well.
On the Shuck side, you know, original being 800 square feet, would love to have another one, you know, just a little small seafood shack that we can just... bang out some crawfish and crab legs on a patio and keep slinging it from there so it's it gives us a lot of flexibility and a lot of ability to grow one of the things we part of us we have we're zero debt company we've always done that it was mainly my mom who just made her sleep better at night.
It's like, okay, I can't, I can't have any, any of this over hanging over my head.
We don't even start looking at places until we, you know, are ready to go and fully funded and things like that.
We can stay true to our, our principles and our cores and who we are and what we do.
We started looking at, we recently purchased one of our locations and are looking again.
