Certainly looking that way, isn't it? I mean, that was a hell of a performance from Max Verstappen over the entire Grand Prix win- ti- entire Grand Prix weekend, get my words right there.

To get the, uh, sprint pole, sprint victory, Grand Prix pole, Grand Prix victory, a grand chelem in its kind of own F1 bubble that we now live in with, in this sprint world that we've got with the sprint r- weekends.

Max still very unhappy about one small element of his car that's just not doing him any favors, and that's the starts.

We saw that the start of the sprint on Saturday, uh, where George managed to soar past him off the line on the short run down to turn one.

And again, Max bemoaned after the Grand Prix that he was not quite happy with the start for that race, where he had Charles Leclerc alongside him.

It was a nip and tuck thing, but Max just had got his nose in front going into turn one.

And from that moment onwards, the fact that the Ferraris behind Max, of Charles and Lewis Hamilton, weren't able to try and put him in a sand- a Ferrari sandwich, in many respects, and try and get the better of him, that was probably, you know, for maybe a, a, an accident or a safety car or anything like that, that was probably the race done and, done and dusted.

And that was pretty much how it turned out to be, because that was arguably Ferrari's best hope of trying to upset the Max and Red Bull juggernaut that had been rolling over the Marina Bay Street Circuit across the entirety of the weekend, and they failed to disrupt that.

Charles, well, Charles held Max for a little while, managed to keep him in his sight, but once Max got up to, got up to speed and got those soft tires really working, then he just ate the lead out over Charles, and it was only ever gonna be one way after that.

But overall now, we've got a scenario where, uh, Max Verstappen, I'm pretty convinced, is gonna finish second in this, uh, in this F1 Drivers' Championship.

As far as he's concerned now, he's got a car beneath him that's a good, solid car, and he's g- and he's, as, in his own words, he's basically gonna go out and have some fun.

And who can blame him, because it's been a pretty difficult season up until most recently.

Yeah, unsurprisingly, uh, Max Verstappen will be brought up in this podcast, uh, quite a bit over the next 35, 40 minutes or so.
