And Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc have discussed and resolved their disagreement following contact at the Italian Grand Prix.

Both drivers acknowledged the incident and said it would not damage their relationship, while Hamilton stressed the importance of working together to improve Ferrari's results.

The pair will now focus on this weekend's Spanish Grand Prix at Madrid's new Madringring circuit.

But what we saw on track, like we discussed in the Monza review, is probably revealing of what's happening behind the scenes.

And for the first time, didn't we see Lewis Hamilton attack? Frederic Vasseur directly saying, this is something needs to come from the top.

It needs to come from Fred.

But I don't think of it as an attack.

I've got some in other places.

This is the new frontier, right? And when you've got the Cooper flags of the world and you've got Lewis Hamilton who wants to open up card shops in Europe to make it more of a thing there.

And you have local hobby shops right around here in the triangle who, you know, are all in and continue to expand.

You know, just getting into bigger spaces and attracting new people or whatnot because that's just what the hobby is.

question i guess i don't foresee a a lewis hamilton seven time champion career um just because i think that's just super super hard to do there's a reason why only one person has done that um i think he can definitely collect some championships if you ride this mercedes wave um I think he can get it, and he's shown that he's not just a good youngster.

I mean, he's kicking George Russell's ass, who's been at Mercedes for, what, six years now? So I think that there is a chance that when Antonelli's career is done, you're talking a maybe top five-ish driver of all time.

Grand Prix, and what has been the biggest storyline of the week for you?

Well, today I think it was the fallout of Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc's very close moment they had at the start of the Italian Grand Prix.

The two Ferrari drivers at Ferrari's home race today got very close on the opening lap.

Hamilton was pushed into the gravel, so both drivers today were peppered with questions about the sort of fallout from that and had they spoken the message from them is that they've spoken cleared the air everything's all cool now but interestingly Ferrari hasn't laid down any rules to say this cannot happen again so I think it's going to be interesting to see how yeah the two drivers manage it if they are close to each other again on the circuit.

Do you sense there is bad blood they're saying the right things but underneath that there is a sense of tension?

I am not so sure to be honest.

I think that ultimately Lewis Hamilton in particular, like he's coming off such a bad season last year and he's so determined to like pull Ferrari in the right direction.

He's really taken a big step forward this season and it's kind of created this problem where last year wasn't really an issue of the two of them being close together on track because the clerk was normally so far forward.

And that is an ownership group you want backing your team, that you want backing a team that ultimately hasn't had that.

There's also the hope that, hey, maybe Lewis Hamilton will just also be part owner of the Rockies, and we can have a sick collab there.

But overall...

You have one example of a really, really strong ownership group, and one example that is the Monforts of a overall weak ownership group that the last 10, 15 years has really been plagued by an ownership group not really willing to take big chances, of an ownership group that – really failed to grow when the team was growing in the mid-2010s and decide to hire within for GMs like Bill Schmidt and co. that led to the disaster that we are in right now.
