On today’ ***Daily Puck Drop***, ***Jason “Puck” Puckett*** starts the show with headlines covering the Seahawks running back situation, Kraken get pounced, NFL referees fight back and Jon Rahm quits…
Ray RobertsGuestJim MoorePanelistSo they have signed to their practice squad Dante McMillan, I didn't know this was a graduate of chief self high school.
But nothing was coming to the top of my mind because they signed Robert Henry Jr., Robert Henry was signed the other day to the 53-man roster.
So that will be obviously a storyline going into Sunday's game against the 49ers.
The whole rushing attack, what are they going to do? What are they going to do moving forward? It's something that we touch on with Ray coming up in today's visit with him.
on the ice boy the kraken can't play the flames every day i'll tell you that if they could they would go 82-0 uh but they get demolished yesterday uh by the las vegas knights uh they were down five to nothing at one point there's punches being thrown at the end uh they end up losing six to two they will head out on the road begin a five game road trip fridays they take on the red wings there in detroit Over to the NFL, those two referees who got suspended by the league, they said, I think the punishment's too much.
But Jeff Seaman and Adrian Hill, who were suspended for their conduct to players this past weekend, now are going to challenge the severity of of those suspensions and a statement from the executive director of the National Referees Association, Scott Green.
I said, quote, accountability matters, but that should not result in discipline that is excessive or inconsistent with established precedent.
They're upset because they went on further to say in their statement, they don't like the way that the players are able to talk about to the referees on the field, and that there is no punishment for the players.
Then the referees slipped up once or twice in this case, and then they're feeling the punishment.
Something we talked about yesterday with Danny Kelly and Michael Shandugar, and all three of us were discussing, it's like the amount of stuff that is said by the players to these referees every weekend is something else.
