You couple that, so they have their two deep safeties, and then they're dropping like Ernest Jones and other linebackers, like way deep.

That's why Stevenson and Larrison were so open because Ernest Jones is like – basically they were trying to take away A.J. Brown, so they're going really deep.

So there's nothing – down the field.

And so you have to take the check down.

I mean, he's just so damn good, and that defense is really freaking good.

And I'm really looking forward to that because it allows us to really unlock the defense.

That was a play where O'Connell and Ernest got mixed up, and by that, by Ernest got mixed up, I mean O'Connell lost his assignment from the looks of it.

And Rodney, j- he stepped in as a veteran player.

He's had starting experience with the Colts, and he, he was instrumental i- in getting Seattle back into the game.

And they still held him to 10 points and 277 yards and three turnovers.

That's how good this defense is.

Well, and, and that's the thing, right? Ernest Jones, 13 tackles, right? Julian Love, two tackles for a loss, the one interception.

Here's the one part I'll say on, um, the defense, and I'm gonna include him in the defense because he's just so damn good.

When we look deeper at the snap count here, we can see him and Ernest Jones side-by-side week 1. and we can see there just looks to be maybe more trust when we look at the snap share.

This was an important game, 49ers, Seahawks, a division rivalry game.

And when you look at the fact that Drake Thomas just signed a two-year contract in the spring, you can see that trust appears to be there, and he's the LB2 to stay.
