[upbeat music] That's Ally Mitten, an Australian photographer based in LA, one of my favorite photographers and now a friend.
She cut her teeth back in the day with Free People and Angus Stone, then moved on to the no retouching pledge with Aerie.
She shot Summer Fridays during their global climb, and CoverGirl around the clock.

When I was younger, photography for me was a little bit of an escape, but I was really bad at it.
