IGTV

You know, since I created it a few years ago, I've transitioned what I actually access, the education that I use on a regular basis over to Asana because that's where I am most of the time.

And I came across in this Trello education library, a course about IGTV.

Does anybody remember IGTV? Like that's not even a thing anymore.

I mean, thank you, but delete.

Things move quickly.

Okay, I actually did some digging, did some little digging when I heard this update.

But before I get into the digging, I just think that we need to run it back because did y'all know that IGTV, like an app for IGTV even existed? Personally, I had not heard about this before.

But what I find so fascinating is that IGTV has existed before.

If you were on Instagram, oh my goodness, how long ago? Maybe 10 years ago at this point.

Instagram TV existed and it was literally when videos were first starting to be in the feed.

It was like the OG reels, okay? IGTV was videos in feed.

It was crazy.

So clearly, Instagram is reiterating on IGTV and they're pushing more traditional TV angles.

Reels hadn't even come out.

We were on IGTV for this.

Video had just dropped immediately.

We were doing like a video per dress.

It'd be cool if there was just a tab for just, you know, horizontal stuff that if you want to see that.

Remember like IGTV where you had to like go and click to the side for that? I hope maybe that's what they do where like it's not...

directly pushed in front of our faces.

And I think though, if you're a person that likes to consume more long form content, that's what they're going to suggest to you.
