So can you tell us a little bit about that? Like, what was your life before those experiences in a short summary? And kind of like, what was it like integrating those experiences together?

I was trudging uphill on a curve, going very slowly because it was one of those rainstorms that you could barely see out the windshield.

That was really powerful for me because I wanted to be with the light, but the light asked me to come back and I would do anything for the light.

And so in coming back, I realized for the first time that I was choosing to be here, to have this experience.

I had a scar on the back of my leg and I was like, every time I see that scar in the mirror, I will remember that I am choosing this, that I am powerful.

I was struggling to catch a breath, which is the poetic irony in that to me is... it's not lost on me that the struggle to find a breath led me to this devotion to breath.
